 DAMAGE WAIVER

1) – I (and my associates and friends) agree to leave the space in a neat condition.

       (Guidelines are posted on the office door & elsewhere).
      I will deposit all trash in the correct receptacles.  
     The correct set-up & clean-up of the studio will determine my future use of the studio.

2) – I (and my associates and friends) agree that I will be charged for any room or property damage incurred
     during my use of the studio.  A damage fee, determined by management, will be paid to Pro Jam Spaces
       from my credit card.

3) – Studio will not be occupied beyond the contracted time unless cleared by management. 
       Any extra charges will be paid with cash or will be taken out of credit card.

4) – Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building at any time.

5) – I (and my associates and friends) agree to conform to all applicable laws governing drug use,
       alcohol use by minors, environmental protection, health & safety.

6) – Parties are not permitted in the studio at any time.

7) – The Band is responsible for their own equipment. PRO JAM SPACES is not liable for lost, damaged or 
       stolen property, personal injury or accidental death of any band members or any guests of band members.
